"Turnkey" stays

The Le Moulin de Sournia holiday village offers "turnkey" stays for groups combining walks, visits to sites steeped in history, typical restaurant and "good-natured" entertainment. You discover the Pyrénées-Orientales as you have never seen it before.

But if you prefer to choose your itinerary yourself, you can combine our stays with each other and thus organize the trip you want yourself.

You determine the rhythm and decide what you will include or not .

Reservation terms

To book in our holiday village, it is necessary to pay:

  • A first deposit is essential to definitively block the dates of stay. This amount is 1000€, One thousand euros.
    The reservation only becomes final after receipt of the document entitled "order confirming stay" mentioning your payment.
  • A second deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay validating the number of participants in the stay.
    This payment must arrive within two months of the first installment. It is necessary to add the amount corresponding to the cancellation insurance if it is taken out.
  • A third deposit of 20% of the total price of the stay two months after the payment of the previous deposit.
  • The balance 30 days before the start of the stay .

You can pay by:

  • Check payable to Le Moulin holiday village
  • Bank card remotely by phoning the holiday village.
  • Bank transfer (contact details on request).
  • By ANCV holiday vouchers

The prices indicated are inclusive of all charges.

Holidaymakers undertake to respect the rules and internal regulations of the holiday village.


During your stay

The accommodations :

The beds are made on arrival. Bathroom linen is provided.
It is not planned to renew during the stay for stays of one week. The upkeep of the accommodation during your stay is your responsibility. It is possible to apply for additional services.

Meals :

A full breakfast is served as a continental buffet.
The menus are unique for the group with starter, main course, cheese (in the evening) and dessert. Fruit is available. Wine is included and at discretion with all meals and coffee only at lunchtime. The service is done on the plate.

A single room supplement is possible depending on availability and within the limit of 10% of the total workforce.
The price is 18€ per night.


cancellation insurance

You are strongly recommended to choose cancellation, interruption and repatriation insurance. If you choose the insurance we offer, this must be taken out at the time of booking .
In the event of cancellation or interruption motivated by an event provided for in the insurance contract, you will thus avoid having to bear the financial consequences of this cancellation or interruption of your stay.

Cancellation and interruption insurance guarantees are included in the document attached to your booking file.

The contribution must be applied to the whole group and this, from the reservation with the initial number of participants.


Withdrawal, Cancellation

The following rules are applied:

  • cancellation more than 90 days before the start of the stay: the cancellation fee is thirty (30) percent of the amount of the total invoice
  • cancellation between 89 days and 60 days before the start of the stay: the cancellation fee is forty (40) percent of the total invoice amount
  • cancellation between 59 days and 8 days before the start of the stay: cancellation fees amount to seventy (70) percent of the total invoice
  • cancellation less than 8 days before the start of the stay: the entire invoice is due.

No reduction in the bill or refund is granted for late arrival, early departure or absences during the stay.


Arrivals and Departures

Arrival time is scheduled from 5 p.m. and departure time is possible until 9 a.m. Please let us know before your arrival if you would like us to carry your luggage to your accommodation.


List of participants

A list of participants is to be provided as soon as possible. It will also be necessary if you take out cancellation insurance.
