Arrival departure
All tourist information about the region is available at reception. We will give you also upon your arrival an inventory and an inventory for your approval the same day. It will be imperative to report and have them noted on the day of your arrival any malfunctions, shortcomings or remarks on the quality of the cleaning so that our team can remedy them as quickly as possible. A deposit of 200 € (bank check, cash or credit card imprint) will be requested per apartment. This deposit will be sent back to you by post one week after the end of your stay if the departure cleaning and the equipment of the apartment are absolutely identical to your entry.

Early arrival / Late departure
An early arrival is offered as an option, between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and / or a late departure possible until 3:00 p.m. This option is billed at 50 € for the day of arrival and 50 € for the day of departure.
